Apply at https://sabay.binary.ph/register with your details and documents (riders: licence, vehicle and a selfie; stores: permit and logo). Staff review the application and the app tells you when it is approved.
Do I need an Android phone?
No. On Android, tap Download for Android. On iPhone, iPad or a computer, tap Open the web app and add it to your home screen.
